Service Description
Your Inner Child is a powerful part of you that energetically resides within your body. Until you connect with them, they may remain in a state of fear and anxiety. Their greatest need is to feel safe and supported—like the loving parent they always wanted. Inner child wounds often include abandonment, guilt, shame, trust issues, and feelings of being unworthy, unlovable, or unable to cope. In your initial session, we will talk through your childhood story and what you know or for those of you with little recall understand what is happening in your life right now. From my perspective we have many versions of our inner child all at various ages that play various roles in our lives. By the end of you first session you will have met the version of you which needs you the most and learn what they need in order to reparent them. Inner child work takes time and is not a quick fix however we will go at your pace and work with whichever version of you needs the help and support with roles such as the self saboteur or the people pleaser etc. in further sessions can also dive deeper into specific wounds—such as mother, father, or sibling wounds—by working with both the conscious and subconscious mind. Using tapping techniques, we release stored trauma, breaking repeating patterns and fostering deep healing. Sessions last a minimum of 90 minutes, with options for extended deep-dive work. Recordings are provided unless requested otherwise. Disclaimer: Inner child healing is undertaken at your own risk. Please consult a specialist or doctor before beginning this work. Kel, registered with the Complementary Medical Association, uses intuitive skills to support your healing but accepts no liability beyond the sessions.
Cancellation Policy
1. All sessions must be paid for at the time of purchase or if you have purchased a package from Inner Me Energetics a payment plan entered into to with an account created and bank/card details entered. 2. If you have entered into a coaching agreement with Inner Me Energetics this will be sent to you in your confirmation email and can be downloaded as required. By selecting I agree to the terms and conditions this accepts the terms that have been laid out in the coaching agreement. 3. Any cancellations to a session must be made within a 48 hour notice period otherwise any monies will be lost and non transferable. 4. Sessions can be altered and changed with at least 48 hours notice. Changes cannot be made on the day under any circumstances. 5. Kel will start each Google Meet session on time and will allow a waiting period of approximately 15 minutes for you to attend the session. Should you not attend for any reason then Kel will make no attempt to contact you and the session will be lost and is non transferrable as Kel was available for the whole of the session you booked with her. 6. Refunds are not applicable once the session has taken place/been sent to you as what is provided in the session/video may well make further sense in the next 4-6 weeks. You have also paid for Kel's time not necessarily the content provided. 7. Any PayPal disputes will be challenged as an AI notetaker is always present in each session and will be supplied as evidence to PayPal should the need arise. Kel will always take a screenshot showing the date and the time should you not attend a session as proof that she was available to work with you for the allocated period of time. 8. Each video session is recorded and held on Inner Me Energetics Google Drive for no longer than 28 days when it shall we deleted and non recoverable. You can request for the session not to be recorded at anytime with the recording being disposed of at Kel's earliest convenience. 9. Recordings of sessions are not to be distributed without prior consent from Kel. Please check with her first as these are personal to you and not to be used or distributed within the public domain. 10. All YouTube intuitive/mediumship sessions are listed as unlisted links on YouTube and only visible to you or anyone you choose to share the link with. Kel will not share the link with anyone and can if requested take the video down.
