Service Description
I offer 3 types of service under this option: 1. A YouTube unlisted link video £45 - This is where you send me a variety of pictures and you provide me with questions you would like me to cover or consider. I will then intuitively read these pictures and will upload a 10-15 minutes video to YouTube as unlisted link that only you can view. - Once you have paid please send any pictures to kel@innermeenergetics.co.uk 2. An email - This is in a similar format to a YouTube however as this is in a written format this is one that you can keep for years to come and look back on. These are great if you have lost a loved one and would like a mediumship reading from me. The 2 options above are sent on the day you book not necessarily the time you select with the link being sent to your email address you supply on file. Video conferencing is not an option with these 2 services although you will receive a link please do not join a meeting as no one will be there. 3. A video call via google meet - These 1:2:1 sessions with me are for people who would like an intuitive insight into your current situation and what is happening in your life. I can help you with:- If your lost or stuck in life and not sure which way to turn or go You want an insight into where your career is going and what is possible for you You would love an insight into a romantic connection you are in or have been in. You are thinking of relocating or moving area and unsure what to do and wonder what is possible for you. You would love an insight into your soul purpose/mission If I keep popping up on social media for you and you feel drawn to me. You would like to talk to someone that can hold a safe space for you to speak freely in a non judgemental way. If you would like a chat beforehand then please just contact me as I want to ensure that this service works for you.
Cancellation Policy
1. All sessions must be paid for at the time of purchase or if you have purchased a package from Inner Me Energetics a payment plan entered into to with an account created and bank/card details entered. 2. If you have entered into a coaching agreement with Inner Me Energetics this will be sent to you in your confirmation email and can be downloaded as required. By selecting I agree to the terms and conditions this accepts the terms that have been laid out in the coaching agreement. 3. Any cancellations to a session must be made within a 48 hour notice period otherwise any monies will be lost and non transferable. 4. Sessions can be altered and changed with at least 48 hours notice. Changes cannot be made on the day under any circumstances. 5. Kel will start each Google Meet session on time and will allow a waiting period of approximately 15 minutes for you to attend the session. Should you not attend for any reason then Kel will make no attempt to contact you and the session will be lost and is non transferrable as Kel was available for the whole of the session you booked with her. 6. Refunds are not applicable once the session has taken place/been sent to you as what is provided in the session/video may well make further sense in the next 4-6 weeks. You have also paid for Kel's time not necessarily the content provided. 7. Any PayPal disputes will be challenged as an AI notetaker is always present in each session and will be supplied as evidence to PayPal should the need arise. Kel will always take a screenshot showing the date and the time should you not attend a session as proof that she was available to work with you for the allocated period of time. 8. Each video session is recorded and held on Inner Me Energetics Google Drive for no longer than 28 days when it shall we deleted and non recoverable. You can request for the session not to be recorded at anytime with the recording being disposed of at Kel's earliest convenience. 9. Recordings of sessions are not to be distributed without prior consent from Kel. Please check with her first as these are personal to you and not to be used or distributed within the public domain. 10. All YouTube intuitive/mediumship sessions are listed as unlisted links on YouTube and only visible to you or anyone you choose to share the link with. Kel will not share the link with anyone and can if requested take the video down.
